    About Tawny Calvet

    25 years ago Tawny began her yoga journey & fell in love with the way it transformed her entire state of being. On a life long quest to optimize wellness for herself & others, she discovered yoga as a pathway to quiet the mind, soften the heart, & share her truest self. Tawny completed her 200 hr training through At One Yoga in Scottsdale in 2011.


    As a Legacy Ambassador for Lululemon,  Tawny leads her classes through a soulful vinyasa flow designed to ground & open while exploring the body’s core strength in new & challenging ways. Tawny is always looking to broadening the depth of her knowledge & has participated in an additional 300 hr training as well as a certification in sound healing & restorative yoga training.  Being asked to move from a deep & intentional place, students find joy as breath & movement synch. Breathe, move, smile!


    Whether you are a beginner student looking for one on one instruction in the privacy of your home, a long time practitioner who loves a powerful flow & dynamic group energy or are in need of a restful restorative class with sacred sound instruments, she can customize a private session or group yoga party to support your intentions.
